Dr Tilo Brunnée has been a family physician specialising in allergies for 23 years. He works in a medical centre that provides services to over 10,000 patients in Bad Zwischenahn, Germany.
During his time at the Free University of Berlin, Germany, he was awarded a research grant from the German Research Foundation. He then went on to study the contact activation system and the role of bradykinin at the University of Stony Brook in New York, USA. His two-year training as a medical laboratory assistant laid the foundations for his laboratory work skills.
He is also the CEO of a cooperative of 500 physicians in northern Germany and Executive Director of a local network of medical practices of various disciplines.
